成果简介:
在高性能柔性传感器件、新型感存算一体化芯片研究领域获得了诸多成果,已在包括Nature Electronics, Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials,Journal of The American Chemical Society,ACS Nano,Nano Energy等期刊发表论文30余篇,包括ESI高被引论文3篇,引用超过1500次。已申请专利6项,授权2项。作为负责人主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等5项。
